Creamy Yogurt and Mustard Dressing

  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. prepared mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. apple juice concentrate


In food processor or blender, combine yogurt, mustard, garlic and onion and process until smooth. Add lemon juice and apple juice concentrate and process until blended. (If too thick, add a little soy milk, a teaspoon at a time until desired consistency.)
