Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs. honey
- 2 tsp. white miso
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup safflower or other mild vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup silken tofu
Preparation
In blender or food processor, combine onion and garlic and pulse on and off until finely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients along with 1/4 cup water; blend until smooth. If it’s thick, add more water until mixture reaches desired consistency.
