30 MINUTES OR LESSYou may use a frozen melon or a mixture of melon with other fruits.
- 2 cups cantaloupe or other melon, cubed and frozen
- 1 cup chilled soy or rice milk
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 Tbs. honey
Put all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Scrape down once, and process again. Serve immediately.
