  • 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon


1. Place yogurt in strainer set over bowl. Let drain in refrigerator overnight.
