Ingredients

  • 6 oz. mesclun (about 5 cups)
  • 4 ripe medium tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup pitted chopped kalamata olives
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss gently and serve.
