Here’s a complete breakfast packed with vitamins A and C, potassium, protein and more, in one bright drink.

  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 6 oz. peach or orange creme soy yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed


In blender, combine carrot juice, yogurt and orange juice concentrate. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve right away.
