  • 2 cups smooth peanut butter
  • 2 quarts vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Soften ice cream at room temperature. Mix together peanut butter and ice cream with an electric mixer, food processor or blender. Pack mixture into container, seal and freeze until firm.
