Ingredients

  • 1 green Anjou pear, cored and chopped (1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup cold pear juice or apple juice
  • 2/3 cup frozen kale
  • 1 Tbs. flaxseed meal
  • 1 Tbs. pickled ginger

Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
