Pomegranate juice and raspberries tame the tartness of lime juice with fewer calories than a syrupy mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Freeze pomegranate juice in ice cube tray 4 hours, or until solid.

Blend frozen juice, 1 1/3 cups ice cubes, raspberries, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and sugar in blender until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
