Refreshing Yogurt Drink

For variety, add cut-up fruit to this drink.

  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup ice water, or more for a thinner beverage


Put the yogurt and ice water in a blender. Add the salt, and process for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into a pitcher or container, and refrigerate the drink until ready to use.
