This tangy sauce is also delicious served with the Millet-Tempeh Croquettes. It keeps for two days in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs. sweet relish
  • 1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs. sliced scallions (white and light green parts)
  • 2 Tbs. finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne

Preparation

In small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
