Yogurt Vinaigrette with Honey and Basil

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. warm honey
  • 2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves

Preparation

Place all ingredients in mini food processor or chopper, and blend until very smooth, adding 1 to 3 Tbs. water to achieve desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
