After a day of sunshine and poolside vibes, you know we go searching for the best vegan food in Palm Springs. After extensive research, here are some of our favorites.
Drinks & Vegan Food in Palm Springs
Chef Tanya’s Kitchen
Tanya Petrovna has been a vegan food inspiration for decades – and was even the founder of the now-national Native Foods chain. Her two fully-vegan Chef Tanya’s cafes are packed with everything you could need, from daily prepared foods and sandwiches to an array of plant-based snacks, drinks, and even fun gift items.
If the night (or day) calls for a fruity rum concoction, nobody does it better than Bootlegger Tiki. Retro kitsch abounds, but you’ll be sipping carefully crafted cocktails made with all fresh everything.
LuLu California Bistro
This festive spot is always packed – but it’s worth the effort to get a table. While not a veg-only restaurant, LuLu does offer a vegetarian and vegan menu that lists all the available options. Think: burgers, pastas, soups, salads, and house-made potato chips.
Kings Highway at Ace Hotel
Retro diner-styled Kings Highway is a good place for a meal any time of day. Wake up with a chai chia seed pudding bowl or vegan avocado toast; come back later on for salads, Impossible burgers, and veggie bites.
A little off the usual tourist trail, this Vietnamese and Lao restaurant is a local favorite. You’ll find tons of options here, with an array of tofu and veggie dishes. In the mood for phở, a báhn mí, or some vegan egg rolls? You’ve come to the right place
Dead or Alive Bar
Slip into this petite wine bar for some of the best sips in the desert. There are plenty of by-the-glass options; take a recommendation from the helpful team behind the bar. Don’t miss the full bottle shop where you can grab a few favorites to take home.
