Smart Bite: Stop and smell the roses.

Whether you’re iterally stopping to smell the flowers outside your office building or stopping by a retail shop to compare scented hand lotions, take a time-out to pay attention to a sense that’s so often taken for granted: smell. Make your own relaxation mist by mixing 10 to 20 drops of lavender oil with water in a spray bottle, then spritz your hair and face mid-day for an all-over calming effect.
