Created in 1994 by the Vegan Society, this culinary celebration kicks off the start of World Vegan Month. In celebration, VT invites you to join veg-heads across the globe in a 24-hour boycott of all animal ingredients. If youre really up for a challenge, give it a go for thirty days!
