Patagonia Provisions offers a selection of veggie-friendly camping food, including a line of organic vegan and gluten-free soups. These soups are a welcome respite from overly processed camping foods with hidden animal ingredients.

Organic Red Bean Chili with Chipotle + Tomato

This flavor was quite good—I added pepper jack cheese and Trader Joe’s Everyday Seasoning to round it out. I’m a sucker for chipotle, so I’m interested in their new spicy version as well. I’d take this over most commercial soups available at the grocery store, plus you’ll scoop up 14 grams of protein per serving!

Organic Black Bean Soup with Chipotle + Corn

Honestly, I was the most excited and nervous about trying this soup—I make a mean black bean soup myself—but never fear, Patagonia makes a very respectable version as well. This soup clocks in at 17 grams of protein per serving.
