All the Biggest TikTok Recipe Trends Are Vegetarian

All the recipes that have blown up into viral TikTok food trends over the last year have one pretty big – and maybe unexpected – thing in common:  they’re all vegetarian.

A study of TikTok fads recently recently conducted by jackandbeyond.com analyzed how many views various trend foods have received on the platform. The clear winner, with a stunning 3.2 billion views, is “cloud bread.” Following not far behind is the whipped or dalgona coffee confection, suggesting TikTok has a special affinity for fluffy stuff.
