Buffalo Ranch Popcorn

Buffalo ranch popcorn is made in no time, making this a quick and healthy snack recipe! Using ghee instead of butter gives you a lactose-free alternative, and Himalayan pink salt is known for improving digestion, regulating blood sugar, and containing a higher concentration of trace minerals than regular table salt.
Ingredients
- 12 cups air popped popcorn (about ½ cup kernels)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons 4th & Heart Himalayan Pink Salt Ghee, melted
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce or to taste (such as Franks Red Hot)
Preparation
- In a small bowl combine garlic, dill, cumin, and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, add melted ghee and hot sauce. Mix until combined. In a large bowl, toss popcorn with ghee and hot sauce mixture and then toss with seasoning.
