Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain almond milk
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbs. hemp seeds, plus more for sprinkling
- 2 Tbs. pure maple syrup
- 1 cup frozen pitted cherries
Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender in order listed; blend 30 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into glasses, and top with sprinkle of hemp seeds.
