Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbs. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs. canola oil
  • 16 oz. firm tofu

Preparation

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Store in refrigerator.
