Thanks to the Greek yogurt, this mildly sweet, refreshing smoothie is also filling.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen green grapes
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled and chopped (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Tbs. honey
Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
