Ingredients

  • 2 small shallots, peeled and minced
  • 2 to 3 fresh Thai bird's eye chilies, seeded and minced
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 3 Tbs. Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 3 Tbs. fresh lime juice
  • 6 Tbs. water
  • 5 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh coriander or chives for garnish

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except fresh coriander or chives. Garnish and serve.
