Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 Tbs. coarse-grained mustard
  • 1 Tbs. pure maple syrup or 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. dried basil

Preparation

In glass jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients and shake to blend. Store in refrigerator. Bring to room temperature and shake well before using.
