Ingredients

  • 2 navel oranges
  • 8 fresh figs, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 to 3 Tbs. chopped fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation

Peel oranges, removing as much white pith as possible. Separate oranges into sections, then cut each section into 1-inch pieces. Place oranges and any juice that has accumulated on cutting board into large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients to bowl and toss to mix. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
