Ingredients
- 16 oz. firm tofu
- 3 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbs. maple syrup
- 1 Tbs. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Transfer to small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
