Ingredients

  • 3 ripe kiwi fruits, peeled and diced
  • 1 large ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Pour dressing into a serving container. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
