Preparation
Yield: 6 mini tarts
VEGAN
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup rice syrup
1/4 cup canola oil
1-2 Tbs. ice water if needed
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Pulse oat flour, oats, walnuts, and salt in food processor until finely ground. Transfer to bowl.
3. Whisk together rice syrup, and canola oil. Add rice syrup mixture to flour mixture, and stir until combined.
4. Press dough into six 4-inch tart pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
