Ingredients
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- 1/4 cup unseasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 1/2 Tbs. minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
Preparation
Whisk together sugar, vinegar, lime juice, and ginger in bowl until sugar has dissolved. Slowly pour in sesame oil while whisking. Season with salt and pepper.
