Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. olive oil, preferably extra virgin
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation

Heat oil and cumin in small skillet over medium-low heat. Cook about 2 minutes, or until cumin is fragrant. Transfer to small bowl, and stir in remaining ingredients. Serve as topping for tagine.
