Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 8 oz. 60% dark chocolate, finely chopped
Preparation
Place cocoa powder in medium saucepan, and slowly whisk in milk. Add chocolate, and warm over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth and hot.
