Herb Garden Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 12- to 14-inch pizza crust
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 to 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 to 4 Tbs. shredded fresh basil
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. minced fresh marjoram
- 1 tsp. minced fresh oregano
- 4 oz. shredded low-fat, regular or soy mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450F. Prebake fresh pizza crust, if using, for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool slightly.
Brush pizza crust liberally with olive oil. Sprinkle crushed garlic and herbs on top of pizza, and add cheese.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven, and serve.
