Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled or frozen cantaloupe chunks
  • 1/2 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt or firm tofu cubes
  • 1 Tbs. chia seeds

Preparation

Blend cantaloupe, apple, celery, and Greek yogurt or tofu in blender until smooth. Stir in chia seeds.
