A single tablespoon of flaxseed meal in this pear-sweetened drink adds 2 grams of fiber and a healthful dose of essential fatty acids.
Ingredients
- 1 green Anjou pear, cored and chopped (1 cup)
- 3/4 cup cold pear juice or apple juice
- 2/3 cup frozen kale
- 1 Tbs. flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbs. pickled ginger
Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
