These are a cinch to make and taste great plain or dipped into hummus or baba ghanoush (eggplant dip). You’ll find it hard to believe they contain almost no fat. You can multiply the recipe easily. Won ton wrappers are available in most supermarkets.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 30 won ton wrappers, cut in half diagonally

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt and paprika in bowl. Place won ton triangles on baking sheets, and lightly spray them with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over triangles.

Bake 4 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Let cool completely. Store in airtight container.
