A drizzle on top of a simple salad of spinach, garbanzos, tomatoes, and radishes, is so perfect for spring and summer. It’s healthy, refreshing, and comes together in just seconds.

Combine all salad ingredients in large salad bowl.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, maple syrup, and garlic in blender, and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over salad, and toss to coat.
