Ingredients

  • 16 oz. plain low-fat or soy yogurt
  • 3 tart apples, grated
  • 2 to 3 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup each chopped dried apricots, chopped pecans, and raisins

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Spoon into glasses, and sprinkle with apricots, pecans, and raisins.
