The acid in the yogurt keeps the apples from turning brown in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. plain low-fat or soy yogurt
- 3 tart apples, grated
- 2 to 3 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup each chopped dried apricots, chopped pecans, and raisins
Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Spoon into glasses, and sprinkle with apricots, pecans, and raisins.
