Ingredients

  • 2 cups trimmed radishes, coarsely grated
  • 3/4 cup fresh or thawed frozen corn kernels
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped radish greens or arugula, optional
  • 2 Tbs. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (1 tsp.)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Several drops hot sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in medium serving bowl, and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
