Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vanilla low-fat soy milk
- 1/2 peeled banana, frozen
- 1/3 cup chopped fruit, such as cantaloupe or nectarine
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat soy yogurt
- 2 Tbs. soy protein powder
Preparation
In blender, combine all ingredients and blend just until smooth. Pour into tall glass and serve.
