Matcha is a powdered green tea that’s high in antioxidants; you’ll find it in most large natural grocery stores or Asian markets. If you can’t find matcha, steep 4 green tea bags in 1⁄2 cup boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags and let liquid cool, then add tea to smoothie; reduce rice milk by 1⁄2  cup.
